I bought this music after listening to a video of the Tabernacle Choir performing it. It sounded simple enough and I bought it sight unseen. The piano accompaniment is absolutely unplayable for a single pianist ( probably because it is a transcription of an orchestral accompaniment) We had our pianist play...

only the left hand notes and 3 violinists play the right hand notes. The choir parts divide many times and we needed more time to learn all the parts than we had. I ended up telling them to sing any note they could find in the chord. Luckily, it did turn out beautiful. but next time I buy I will look at the music more carefully.
