like all pieces by e. whitacre this also is a extraordinary piece of music. the text is a wedding blessing, and the music is wonderfully flowing if done correctly. a nice contrast to the usual bombasto-wedding-music. i only rated it 4 stars because it depends heavily on the...

setting - if the acoustics are too "dry", you won't be able to spread the full magic of the music. also it is kind of repeating it's musical theme once too often - for me. there is a wonderful recording available sung by polyphony.

Between the beautiful poetry and the music itself, you can't lose.
