For centuries, Christians have prayed the Stations of the Cross, remembering the path in Jerusalem that Jesus followed during His Passion.  This Cantata is written in an oratorio fashion where after each station, a meditative song either sung by a soloists or an SATB choir is given.  The standard prayers that are said by a congregation are also included.  This version includes the script and score.  A Full Score with the extra instrumentation is also available.  This score is scored for Soprano and Tenor Solo, SATB, Violin Solo, and Piano.  Accessible and appropriate for any church or concert setting.  Can be performed anytime throughout the liturgical year but especially during the season of Lent and during Holy Week.
