don't know the songs, buy them on I-tunes and listen so you can teach them better! I must tell you that this student also plays classical songs and even some exercises. I'm not suggesting leaving everything else out, but teaching is more fun when your students are excited and passionate about their songs, and they are happier too. Aren't we trying to teach our students to love music? This is a great way to start.

If you are a beginner and tried the E-Z play books, this book is not for you. It will take you sometime to figure all the notes and chords out so if you just want to sit down and play....don't let the Easy Piano title fool you...

I am dissapointed by this book. The title claims for piano, voice but there is no voice-line. So if you want to play easy piano while you sing it's not the book I recommend. Look at the other Coldplay books available from sheetmusicplus.
