An exciting, original, a cappella Christmas spiritual from Jay Althouse in the tradition of his No Room, Have You Heard?, and Whisper! Whisper! Lots of effective dynamic contrasts make this a thrilling choral work for both singers and audience. Lush, slow middle section contrasts with up-tempo opening and closing sections. A quality choral work for your Christmas concerts.

I love this piece! I direct a youth choir at our homeschool group (ages 11-17), and they all love it. It has been easy to learn and will be impressive to perform. It has a toe-tapping beginning and ending section (repeats exactly), and a beautiful slow middle section...

. One of my favorite spirituals!
