  • November 15, 2018 Nice Medleys in Good Keys

    These are nice arrangements of some praise music for violin and piano. You can have up to 3 violin parts- 2 on the violin ensemble part and then one person playing the solo part. The piano part is a separate book and is a nice addition to the violin parts...

    . My favorite medleys are the first two- As the deer with My Faith Looks up to Thee and Give Thanks with Now Thank We all our God.

  • November 09, 2007 Good music for a 5th year violinist to perform

    My 14 year old daughter was looking for a piece to play as a soloist at church. This book had a number of options of works she was familiar with and could handle without difficulty.

  • July 24, 2007 Family enjoyed playing it together

    My three kids have different skill levels and this book catered to all of them with the various parts. Shifting and a little fancy work for my older child, easier parts for my younger ones. We all have really enjoyed the whole book and accompay CD.

  • September 14, 2006 Excellent arrangements/accompaniment

    Stan Pethel did an excellent job of combining modern worship with traditional hymn settings. This is just what I've been searching for. I'll enjoy playing every piece either as solo or duet.
