    Difficulty Level:
  • December 06, 2007 Simply put, great!!

Bach, by many, is revered as the greatest composer to ever live, and the flute sonatas help to explain why. I highly recommend purchasing both volumes, as their are great sonatas in both. They are beautiful and complex with out being too tricky for an intermediate player, but offers alot...

to the more advanced player. I do recommend prior study in Baroque style music before tackling Bach. He can be a bit much to bite off when delving into the baroque for the first time
