About REH Hotline Series

The philosophy of the REH HOTLINE SERIES is to give you a larger and varied vocabulary of licks and melodic ideas. Some of the benefits of learning such lines are developing the ear, building technique and confidence, and learning music theory. It is a proven fact that it is very beneficial, if not necessary, to study other players, their ideas, and their phrasing.

Yes this looks like it should be so much more than it is. In fact it looks more like a whole load of support material from a blues workshop that someone thought would make a good book - without much change and very little written supporting verbage. I think I tried...

to sell mine on a website and eventually threw it away. there's so much good material out there someone should feel ashamed of producing this one.

I was expetting much more from this booklet...Although it contains valuable lessons(for beginner/intermediate players)it's too short & "Nothing Special" for the price and the Author. I have a few Robben Ford Books and they are absolutely fantastic. Still today after 14 years of playing pro I...

go back to them but this one....any professonal guitarrist could write a book like this! There are much better books on the subject with much more examples at same price.
