  • July 12, 2011 Classics for Solo Instruments...Play along.

This play along was pretty good. The only thing I was slightly dissapointed in was that it gave you whatever the solo instrument in the piece was playing, for example, The flute, part was written for the instrument you were playing, like the alto sax part. I wish they would...

have had an actual full concert band, and I could just play the actual alto sax part, and not some other solo instruments part written for the alto sax! The instruementation or sound on the cd thought to be that they used as little instrumentation as possible! Overall a great listening and teaching tool, and also fun to play along with!
