    I have been Using the Michael Aaron Series for over 50 years, first as a child and then throughout my career. I have tried other methods with their cutsie drawings and clever layouts. This method is straight forward, includes basic music theory, and excellent technical exercises along with fun tunes...

    I love to use these books after my students learn the basics because they focus on style and expression, easily transitioning them into playing classical and popular music.
