Awesome book; I teach piano camps, private piano and voice lessons as well as High School Choir and General Music. I use this book everywhere! I have used this book with kids of all ages: 4-15. Kids love the different themes and sometimes funny lyrics. For older students, I...

use 1-2 pieces as a warm-up or for pitch matching exercises. I sometimes preface it with letting them know that it's a good exercise, even if it may have the "cheese" factor. To add more energy,I snap my fingers, or play a drum to make the songs more up-beat. Beside each song is a "lesson" plan that could work for young students. To be honest I have never used them, but I am sure they would be great. I usually use this book as a good way to "wake up" my students and get them ready for music. They love it!
