I am a semiprofession musician and I have played blues since I heard Eric Clapton first time. It was about 30 years ago. So it brings half of the bread to my family´s table. I also teach music, that´s one of the reasons I bought a book. The...

book gives the player very good view of the style and licks Muddy Waters used. Transcription are easy to understand and not too difficult to slow you down. For the beginners it is usefull to know how to tune your guitar to open G and how to play in open G. For the beginner it is also encouraging to find out that blues is very simple music the only important thing is the FEELING.
