    I am a young adult, proud of my virtually (demographically, anyway) unique musical taste in symphonic music. It drives me into ecstasy most of the time. I love studying any and all orchestral scores, and this one hasn't yet reached public domain, So the purchase was on that account...

    . That aside; Korngold really demands a lot from the violinist in this Concerto. I love the main melody (originally from The Prince and the Pauper) of the third movement, and it trully looks as complicated on paper, as it sounds on the recording. I was surprised half of it was lot actually just improvised, but alas ever single note is written down here, as I've been listening.
