I partially agree with what Greg S. has said in his review, particuarly in relation to the TABS. He is quite correct that the TABS are not included for every song, and for the one's that are, some of them don't sound entirely right.. Some however are very...

good, and incidentally the music is NOT all contempoary at all... some of it is early post Dominoes! Its not really for the beginner, but having said that its certainly not elabarotely complicated.. hence my intermediate rating. A decent book all in all then, but it will only provide you with limited satisfaction, largely due to the inconsistancy of the notation and TABS, (there are better books around - get unplugged, its astoundingly good) but nevertheless, not bad all in all.

This is a selection from Clapton's late 80s and early 90s albums and soundtracks. It's more the "contemporary" Clapton rather than the bluesy one from the 70s. A good selection of songs though. The TABs are "just OK". A few songs are missing the solos (or second guitar...

parts)and they seem to be done inconsistently. Some use none of the standard TAB musical notation. One song misses a section while another TAB is dead on accurate. Kind of a mixed bag, TAB-wise. Overall, good songs and not all that difficult to play.

and you'll see what you hear on the CD. Really accurate and reliable transcriptions. One of the best I've ever seen. If you like Clapton's music and you want to play it this is what you're looking for.
