    Difficulty Level:

My impression as a rather ,but not totally fresh pianist is imidiately very positive. The notepicture is easy to read and not at all complicated to understand musically . The pieaces have different names that are easy to associate for any child, maybe it could make an adult draw a smile...

,too for all I know - anyone older than fifty years old would recognice the music as within the rest of Shostakovich`way of composing. All together this is a compilation of 7 small very easy songs and they are totally recommendable although I would expect you knew a little bit of notereading or got some assistance from a teacher to begin with!
