This book is for the bass player who wants to get more familiar with their instrument and where the notes are located. It also gives you a resource for sight-reading and assisting with strengthening your hand-eye coordination while reading music. The book gives you an exercise for all 12 of the major scales and their arpeggios. The exercise also lists and links the chords of each arpeggio with it to give you a little training for your ear. The first etude in the key of C Major has the fingerings, which should be the most suitable, for the student and then leaves the rest of them blank for them to fill in on their own and to practice learning the fingerings.
