    I'm shocked that this book has never been reviewed. It is one of the finest introductions to the varied styles of the blues. And can be had for the cost of half a guitar lesson. One important point about dave rubin books in general is that the fingerings for...

    chords and patterns are kind to your hands. There is none of the ditgital gymnastics that flaw an Arlan Roth book. Art of the Shuffle along with the equally important but poorly named "Power Trio Blues" and "12 Bar Blues" will keep you woodsheding joyously until Buddy Guy calls you to play back up.
