  • August 15, 2011 Fifty Easy Classical Guitar Solos

I'm so glad that I bought this book and CD. I really like the music of this era - late Renaissance and Baroque, and one piece by Tarrega. Most of the pieces are relatively easy to play for a beginner like myself. The pieces are masterfully played by Jerry Willard...

, and bring out the feeling of that era. I simply enjoy just listening to the CD and never tire of it. Thank you so much for making it available. I highly recommend it.

  • October 17, 2008 Just what you need!

As a beginner, without teacher or so, just the right book to have easy music. The choice from classical composers make of it a must!

  • April 09, 2008 Great introduction to classical repertoire

I've played for many years and recently decided once again to learn to "read." This time I am trying the classical route, and I am loving it. There is an established repertoire of material for beginner and intermediate players that spans centuries. This book with CD is an excellent...

introduction to the repertoire. All fun to play, not that hard and sound great. Impress your friends and family with your new virtuosity! Highly recommended!

The books content is fine but a little more in description would be very informitive. It just wasn't what I had hoped for.

The music book is very comprehensive and progresses from simple to more complex [for a player at my level!] Delivery of the book from the USA to the UK was about a week -very good1
