    This is exactly what it sets out to be: easy versions of great classical melodies. My son began with Faure's Sicilienne and went through the book in 2 weeks, memorizing his favorite pieces.He found it refreshing and both challenging and yet at the same straightforward and easily accomplished...

    . These were not pieces that he needed to work weeks on, so they are a nice change of pace - a short walk in a beautiful park, not an arduous uphill hike.
