Healey Willan provides a thrilling setting of the ancient hymn - The Agincourt Song - for TTBB choir, solo and keyboard. This setting really knocks it out of the ballpark--a real crowd-pleaser!

The words and melody are from a manuscript, circa 1415, in Trinity College, Cambridge. Written to celebrate the victory of King Henry V at Agincourt in 1415, this stirring song is one of the oldest, as well as one of the finest English songs that have been preserved in their original form.

Biretta Books in Chicago worksin cooperation with the Estate of Healey Willan and the Healey Willan Societyto promote the legacy of the Dean of Canadian Composers—Healey Willan.
