A widely published arranger and composer, Dr. Harlan’s choral, keyboard and handbell works are included in the catalogs of a number of major music publishers. He is a member of ASCAP, American Choral Directors Association and the Southern Baptist Church Music Conference. Dr. Harlan lives in Ft. Worth, TX with his wife, Connie Lynn Harlan, and three children: Katie Elizabeth, Emily Lynn and Christopher Garrett.
